Have you ever been stressed out because of your job, whether it was because of
your boss, your workload, your co-workers, or not getting a promotion when you
felt you deserved one? Do you ever feel like you don't have enough time in the
day to accomplish everything you need to? What about when you get home from
work do you often feel stressed out because you have to clean the house, take
care of the kids, cook and get yourself ready for work the next day? Do you feel
as though you are stressed due to your relationship, maybe you are not seeing
eye to eye with you significant other? Is money an issue and you feel stressed
because of bills or not having enough money? Are you in school, and if so do
you feel stressed due to the classes you are taking, or your workload, or maybe
your teachers, as well as your peers?

Physical Signs of Stress:
Feeling tired often
Body aches
Nervousness
Sweating excessively
Breaking out in rashes
Biting your nails
Urinating frequently
Loss of appetite
Trouble sleeping
Alcohol usage increases

Psychological Signs of Stress:
Constantly worrying
Irritable, impatience
Change in moods
Short attention span
Loss of memory

How stress can affect your body:
Stress can cause your blood pressure to rise
Stress can cause your cholesterol level to rise
Stress can cause you to gain weight as well as lose weight
Stress can decrease your sex drive
